Aluminium Profile Belt Conveyors are based on the use of two aluminium, patented profiles for rollers, which, with few easy operations, allow to carry out drive and idler rollers in a fast and economic way. The carried out rollers are then assembled on anodized aluminium flanges which have auto-aligned rotation bearings on them. All components are supplied in standard lengths kit always in stock, or special kit, available in short time thanks to extreme modularity of the system. Kits are available to carry out conveyors with head motorization (direct) with standard for gear motors depending on dimensions of conveyor.
